    Are you kidding? Even if it randomly turns out to be right on this occasion to take a bid, it’s A-grade losing bridge to do so. And even if it’s double-dummy right to take a bid, partner will frequently punish you for taking an action with such a piece of junk, even as a passed hand, leading to a double-dummy wrong result.

    If it turns out that our side should have been in the auction, I can guarantee that I’m going to blame partner for failing to act over 2D.
